Monthly Advance Report on Durable Goods Manufacturers' Shipments Inventories and OrdersU.S. Census BureauNew orders for manufactured durable goods in November, down three of the last four months, decreased $3.0 billion or 1.1 percent to $285.1 billion, the U.S. Census Bureau announced today. This followed a 0.8 percent October increase. Excluding transportation, new orders decreased 0.1 percent. Excluding defense, new orders decreased 0.3 percent.
